Refund policy

We want you to love your VER STUDIO piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return: Please email us at returns@shopverstudio.com with your order number. We will provide instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Refunds Once we inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
